Flex Industries Limited:

FIL engaged in the business of Flexible Packaging Laminates, BOPET and BOPP Films. Two high tech plants located at NOIDA and GWALIOR with converting capacity of 25000 mt p.a. It’s vertical integration thrust laid the foundation of two strategic Hi-tech divisions manufacturing BOPET and BOPP Films. Both these units are today among the largest in India.

The Flex International Division is a new initiative by Flex and provides a wide range of holographic in laminates or transfer metallised papers, stationary pouches, food grade pouches, label stocks and disposable glasses.

lnk and Adhesive Division:

FCL engaged in the business of Rotogravure and Flexographic Liquid, Printing Inks, Laminating Adhesive and PET Chips for use by Flexible Packaging Converter Industry in India and abroad. FCL has diversified into Polyester Poly, Shoe Adhesives, Holographic Coatings, UV Coatings, Release Lacquers, Antifreeze Coolants etc.

Engineering Division:

FEL engaged in the business of packaging and converting machines established with a view to expand the end use of flexible packaging. It is now one of the foremost Engineering companies in India. This has provided a unique business platform to Flex to supply packaging machines and materials under one roof.

Flex Foods Limited:

A 100% export oriented company engaged in the business of mushroom cultivation and processing of mushrooms and other herbs. The state of art freeze dried mushroom manufacturing plant is set in the sylvan resort town of Dehradun at the foot hill of Himalayas.
