•  Semi Automatic Liquid Filling & Sealing Machine is a semi automatic sealing system to fill & seal preformed pouches like center seal pouch, there side seal pouch, stand-up pouch and zipper pouch etc, made-up of heat sealable laminated film.

• The machine is suitable to pack products like edible oil, lube oil, mineral water, milk, jam,  sauce, liquid chocolate, fruit juice, shampoo, liquid detergent, lotions, cream etc.

• This machine is provided with the pneumatically operated positive displacement dosing system, pneumatically operated sealing & embossed  coding system.

• All the product contact parts are made up of food  grade SS 304/316.

• All the machine operation has individual foot operated switch.

• The machine operation cycle is:-
  Pouch filling – Pouching Sealing – Embossed Coding
